Returns

Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.

Simply fill out the enclosed return form on the back of your invoice and return the product(s) to us.

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (most are re-shipped the same day!).

We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment.

All items are guaranteed by each applicable manufacturer.

If an item is defective after use, Lake Placid Hockey Plus will repair or replace the item after inspection.

Our inspection department must see the item before any decision can be made.

All shortages must be made on receipt of the goods.
